Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Some of what you log in Seed Oil Tracker, like the seed oil (polyunsaturated fat) you eat and how you feel, can count as consumer health data under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and how you can see it, delete it or take back your consent. It adds to our main Privacy Policy.

1. The consumer health data we collect

We collect this data only from you and your phone. We do not buy it, and we do not collect precise location.

2. Why we collect it

We do not use consumer health data for advertising, and we do not sell it. Ever.

3. Who we share it with

We do not share consumer health data with anyone for their own use. It is handled only by the companies that run our service for us, under contract:

Our anonymous usage stats (Amplitude) never include what you eat, gram amounts or feel check-ins. Study results we publish are only ever group totals that cannot be traced to a person.

4. Your rights and how to use them

5. Changes

If we ever want to collect or share consumer health data in a new way, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
