Morning:
No pulp orange juice
B1
B-complex
Coffee sometimes, with glycine
After lunch:
If seed oil heavy meal - vitamin E
D3 &K2
After dinner:
Zinc sometimes
Before bed:
Glycine
Magnesium or 1 big glass of milk (for calcium)
I keep it simple.
