The F List
Every chain on Seed Oil Tracker gets a letter grade from A (under 4g of estimated seed oil per menu item on average) down to F (over 12g). How a chain flunks
We estimate PUFA grams for every menu item from each chain's published nutrition data and its disclosed cooking oils, then average across the whole menu, so one greasy outlier cannot flunk a chain and one salad cannot save it. Grades and numbers are estimates; preparation varies by location, and a chain can climb off this list by changing its oil. Full method on the methodology page. For the other end of the scale, see Tallow Watch and the verified seed oil free list.
