How much seed oil is in Eat'n Park's food?
Eat'n Park averages an estimated 9.6g of seed oil PUFA per menu item, about 2.4 days of the 4g daily goal many people in the seed oil free community aim for, in one average item. Method and grade scale on the methodology page.
What Eat'n Park cooks with
cottonseed and canola oil in the fryer, named by the chain itself as "Fryer Oil [Cottonseed Oil, Canola Oil, TBHQ, Citric Acid, Dimethylpolysiloxane]" on the ingredient line that prints on every fried item in its live BigZpoon nutrition widget; griddle and toast are liquid margarine (soybean oil), which is also what the Home Fries panel names. Corrected 2026-09-18: the old "soybean-corn blend (fryer)" came from third-party data and no corn oil is disclosed anywhere. Every documented fried row was already pooled cottonseed + canola, so no value moved.
