How much seed oil is in Fatburger's food?
Fatburger averages an estimated 11.7g of seed oil PUFA per menu item, about 2.9 days of the 4g daily goal many people in the seed oil free community aim for, in one average item. Method and grade scale on the methodology page.
What Fatburger cooks with
Soybean oil, DISCLOSED item by item in the chain's own 2026 allergen guide (1237FBC-Fatburger-2026-Allergens.pdf, ingredient-notes column): 'Soybean Oil' in the burgers, grilled chicken, turkeyburger, all three fries and the mayonnaise; 'Coconut Oil' in the Impossible Burger, Dairy-Free Cheese and the Craig's Vegan shakes. Plain burgers are griddled beef with no dressing in the published base row (mayo, cheese and toppings are separate add-on panels); shakes are dairy. Sweet Potato Fries print 6% sat, below straight soybean. The earlier 'soybean/canola blend, beef tallow patties' note is retired.
