See your Cronometer year in seed oil
Drop in your MyFitnessPal or Cronometer export and see your year: how many grams of PUFA (the fat seed oils are packed with) you ate, how that compares with the average American, and your cleanest days.

Common questions
Does my file get uploaded?
No. The page reads your file on your own device and adds it up there. We never receive it, read it or store it. The page is also set up so your browser refuses to send data anywhere else. The one optional exception is a button that compares your restaurant meals to our menu numbers, and it sends only the names of those foods, with no dates or amounts, and saves nothing.
Can I export MyFitnessPal for free?
MyFitnessPal only lets Premium members export their data, so a free account cannot. Cronometer has an export on its Account page. If you use neither, you can start tracking from today in the Seed Oil Tracker app.
Where do the numbers come from?
From your own tracker. Both apps already record polyunsaturated fat (PUFA) for what you logged, and we add those up. We do not guess. Where your tracker has no PUFA number for something, we say so and leave it out of the total, which means your real total is probably higher.
Why does MyFitnessPal show less detail than Cronometer?
The MyFitnessPal export has totals for each meal but no food names, so we can show totals, months, meals and your cleanest days, but not your top foods. Cronometer exports every food you logged.
Is all PUFA seed oil?
No. PUFA also comes from nuts, fish and chicken. Seed oils are just the biggest source in most restaurant and packaged food, which is why this number is a good place to start.
