What Fresh Brothers cooks with
Fresh Brothers says its chicken items (classic wings, boneless bites and gluten-free bites) are baked, not fried (its gluten-free page, freshbrothers.com/gluten-free, read 2026-11-05). It does not name the oil or fat in its dough, sauces, dressings or toppings, and does not say what oil its fries are cooked in. Its vegan pizzas use Field Roast vegan mozzarella, which it says is built from plant oils. Every item here uses the chain's own printed total fat and saturated fat (nutrition.freshbrothers.com); we split that fat between the item's own dairy or meat fat and an unnamed vegetable oil (our assumption, scored at the high end for seed oil) using the printed saturated fat. Pizzas are shown per slice, as the chain prints them.
