Is Pepperoni Pizza made with seed oils?

Sometimes, mostly from the crust and pepperoni grease.
Cheese and pepperoni are largely fine on their own, but many chains brush the crust with soybean oil and some pepperoni renders oil during baking. Ledo Pizza and Uno's both list soybean oil on their retail crust labels. The tracker estimates around 5g of seed-oil PUFA for two large slices.
How to keep it seed-oil-free
Ask if the dough or crust is brushed with oil, and blot excess grease off the pepperoni if you're being careful.
