Is Caesar Salad made with seed oils?
Usually seed oils
Usually, the dressing is the problem
Classic Caesar dressing is an egg-and-olive-oil emulsion, but most restaurant and bottled versions replace much of that with soybean or canola oil, and the croutons add more. The tracker estimates a full Caesar salad with dressing at around 10 grams of PUFA.
How to keep it seed-oil-free
Ask for the dressing on the side and use less, or look for a Caesar dressing made only with olive oil.
