Is Croissants made with seed oils?
Depends
Depends on the bakery
A traditional croissant is laminated with real butter, which is why the tracker's estimate is low at around 1.5g PUFA. Cheaper bakery and grocery versions swap in margarine or a vegetable-oil shortening to cut cost.
How to keep it seed-oil-free
Look for a bakery that says 'all butter' on the case, or check the ingredient list for butter as the only fat.
